CANCELLATION POLICY

cancellation policy: I have carefully considered this policy and what it needs to look like. This will further ensure that as a stylist and guest we are committed to each others time and the experience I can give you as my guest! To cancel or reschedule appointment and avoid penalties please message me at minimum of 48 hours 1. Fees for No-Call No-Show: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the booked service. 2. Non-Transferable Fees: These fees will not be credited towards rescheduled appointments. 3. Recurring Offenses: If a client accumulates more than two offenses of no-call/no-show instances, they will be required to pay 50% of their next service in advance to secure the appointment. 4. Same day appointment cancellations will also be considered as a no-show and will result to a 50% charge of booked service appointment, as I will not be able to refill that time slot. 5. If a client/guest confirms but no-call no-shows for their appointment, they will be charged a 50% fee of appointment booked. Appointment Confirmation Policy: I want to state this as a policy so it is clear as to what the appropriate time is to confirm for our future appointments and the penalties if a guest confirms but still no shows. Please confirm appointment(s) when auto confirmation prompt text is sent. If i do not see confirmation I will also send a personal text confirmation to ensure client/guest will still arrive for said appointment. 1. Confirmation Timeline: Appointments must be confirmed once auto confirmation text prompt has been sent. This will allow me plentiful time to re-fill the time slot if in the result of cancellation or rescheduling. 2. Personal Confirmation: A personal text message will be sent to confirm the guest’s arrival at the appointed time and date. 3. Consequences of Non-Confirmation: Failure to confirm may result in the forfeiture of the appointment time. 4. If a client/guest confirms but no shows for their appointment, they will be considered a no-show with the penalty of a 50% charge of appointment booked. Credit/Debit Card Transactions Policy: I want to assure you that your card will not be charged unless I give authorization to charge in the event of last-minute cancellations, no-call no-show, or same-day cancellations. Additionally, your card will not be charged until the end of the service appointment.
